Shahab Siddiqui, MBA, BSc

Shahab Siddiqui is a seasoned digital transformation strategist, business leader, and technology consultant with more than 20 years of international experience spanning government, defense, telecommunications, manufacturing, and emerging technologies. He specializes in helping organizations navigate complex modernization initiatives, unlock new revenue opportunities, and leverage technology as a catalyst for growth and operational excellence.
Currently serving as a Digital Transformation Consultant with the Government of Canada, Shahab has played a key role in several nationally significant modernization programs, including initiatives supporting the Canadian Armed Forces, NORAD modernization, artificial intelligence adoption, cloud transformation, and advanced surveillance systems. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial analysis, lifecycle costing, program management, and large-scale technology implementation.
Prior to joining the Government of Canada, Shahab held senior leadership and business development roles with organizations including Rogers Communications, Etisalat, Siemens, and FCi. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects, built high-performing teams across multiple continents, and negotiated transformative partnerships in both public and private sectors.
Shahab holds an MBA in Finance and Digital Transformation from Queen's University's Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is pursuing advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
